I would like to commend Steven Rogers for his kindness and professionalism he exhibited on my behalf to remedy a tire situation with my rental car rental company. Steven was transferred to multiple reps at the car rental agency, and spent at least 20 minutes trying to resolve this issue. He advocated on my behalf even though they could not help me, and generously called a business who could.
