I live in Illinois and vacation in FL each year. On our way down this year, we noticed a nail in the rear tire and the A/C was not working. After driving all night, we pulled into Bayshore Tire to see if we could get some help. The manager there was very busy and still treated me with such kindness. He took the time to look at my Acadia and check the the relay. He was honest and couldn't get to it for a couple of hours with no guarantee they could get the part as it was special. He confirms my thoughts that we could probably go on since the air was holding. That is what we did, but I was so thankful for his kindness and honesty that day. Great customer service.
Bayshore has serviced my 05 Solara since I moved here 10 years ago. Have never been to a Toyota dealer here. They really know what they’re doing in diagnosis and solutions. Top flight mechanics & service staff.
